  • We train organizations to detect pain points, start experimenting or scale their experimentation programs. For this purpose we have designed 2 proposals: Experimentation Launchpad and F5.

EXPERIMENTATION LAUNCHPAD

  • Our proposal for companies that want to address business opportunities through experimentation. The goal: in a matter of weeks, implement an experimentation program that addresses your main challenges as an organization!

It is a framework that includes 4 stages that represent the pillars to support an organizational experimentation system.

1- Inspire!
  • We disembark: we introduce experimentation in the company.
  • We disseminate best practices worldwide and regionally. Training on conceptual, cultural and methodological aspects.
  • We identify owners, sponsors and prepare the ground for the organization to start experimenting.
2- Define!
  • We define the opportunity that experimentation represents for your organization and the first business program to address.
  • We jointly designed an experimentation strategy and a first roadmap of experiments.
3- Launch!
  • We train the teams in the use of the experimentation tools.
  • Go-to-market: we designed and executed our first set of experiments.
  • We analyze results, lessons learned and actionable outcomes.
4- Scale up!
  • We help you to scale the program within the organization and to prepare the internal the internal communication and dissemination of the learning generated.
  • We work on the lessons learned and propose new challenges to be addressed with experimentation and next steps of the program.

F5

Our F5 program is intended for companies that already use the experimental methodology in their organizations.

In this program we seek to transmit to companies the best practices, trends and market novelties so that they can turn experimentation into a competitive advantage that boosts their business strategies.
