My Business Lab

  • MyBusinessLab is an agency focused on Business Experimentation, AB Testing, Growth and Behavioral Sciences, based in Buenos Aires and with extended presence throughout Latin America.
  • Our goal is to promote experimentation in companies in the region. We want more and more organizations in Latin America to start experimenting, scale their testing programs and incorporate the scientific method in their decision making.
  • MyBusinessLab was founded by the directors of the first university program in Spanish in Business Experimentation, taught since 2023 at the School of Engineering of Universidad Austral. 
  • We work in partnership with JILAEE, a joint academic initiative between UCEMA and the University of Chicago in experimental economics. Their support allows us to maintain golden-standards of rigor in our products, combining the latest insights from academia with global best practices at the organizational level.

Matias Hirschmann

Co-Founder at @MyBusinessLab

Matias has a degree in Finance and an MBA (Universidad Torcuato di Tella).

He has more than 15 years of experience leading teams, and designing and executing business strategies in different verticals.

It has been implementing the experimental methodology for more than 5 years as a way to enhance the time-to-market and impact of its business decisions, working together with JILAEE (University of Chicago and University of CEMA).

He is also Academic Director and professor of the Business Experimentation Program at the Engineering School of Universidad Austral and professor of Growth Marketing, Product Management and Emerging Technologies at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and Colectivo 23.

He also coordinates and is one of the hosts of the Behavioural Insights Argentina podcast, a community for the dissemination of behavioral sciences in Latin America.

Sebastián Senlle

Co-Founder at @MyBusinessLab

Sebastián is an economist (Universidad de Buenos Aires) and holds a Master's degree in Finance (Universidad del Cema).

Since 2023, he co-directs the "Business Experimentation" program at Universidad Austral. His focus is to promote the use of insights and scientific methodology at scale in business decision making in Latin American organizations. He has also taught experimentation programs for ed-tech in Peru and Mexico.

His professional career includes outstanding participation in international forums, such as the Carroll Round Conference at Georgetown University, a program in digital business at IE Business School in Madrid, and awards such as the Central Bank's Annual Economic Research Award. 

He has also represented the University of Buenos Aires in the Economics Olympics of the Professional Council of Economic Sciences, obtaining second place, and has been a columnist for the newspaper El Economista, covering macroeconomics and economic development.
